Jake is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Szatmari, where his focus is blending impactful technology with amazing communities.

Jake's first role was as a product manager helping digitize U.S. bond markets at Tradeweb Markets to improve the way bond traders and brokers processed multibillion dollars worth of trade volume. Jake later worked in the eCommerce industry in various finance analytics, strategy, and business operation roles with an expertise in launching financial service products to empower online shoppers.

Jake found the idea for Szatmari when he became involved in the real estate industry through community associations as a community member and saw firsthand the challenges they faced. Szatmari was built with the mission of using AI to grow amazing association communities to the benefit of both residents and management. Jake has a B.Sc. from Cornell University, digital transformation certification from M.I.T, and an M.S. in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Texas in Austin.

Aashish is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Szatmari. Aashish oversees development of artificial intelligence systems, engineering operations, and IT at Szatmari.

Aashish is a visionary leader in the machine learning and AI space who has a history of applying an exceptional blend of cultural insight, human behavior, and technical expertise in his roles across the US and Europe. In the eCommerce industry, Aashish’s research directly boosted revenues by designing and implementing cutting edge recommendation algorithms for markets that connected sellers with buyers from all around the world achieving value worth +$100B.

At Szatmari, Aashish is pioneering AI-driven innovation reshaping the future of technology and community associations. Aashish has a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin and a M.S. from Columbia University School of Engineering with high honors.
